To Order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

We accept VISA, Mastercard & Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery
Please expect delivery of your order within 28 days unless a longer period has been agreed with the consumer. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the specified time you will be contacted immediately and a new delivery date will be agreed. If a new delivery date cannot be agreed we will refund your order.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns, Cancellation and Refunds
Customers have the right to return or cancel their order within 7 working days after receipt of goods for either a replacement or refund. All refunds will be given within 30 days of cancellation, taking into account the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Guarantees
In the event that your purchase is not suitable, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. All refunds will be given within 30 days, taking into account the original method of payment.

Receipts and Bills
You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order when it is submitted stating the total amount including tax charges. You will receive a receipt of purchase with the goods when they are delivered. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Complaints & Faulty Goods
We will provide the option of a full refund, within 7 working days from receipt of goods, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give refund, taking into account the original method of payment. Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 days from receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
